I'd like to bring your attention to this quite useful site: www.aws-services.info, where one can simply search or list out all AWS Services and their availability in each AWS Region across the globe.

It provides following functionalities at a click of a button, which are time consuming otherwise:

• Search a specific Service in all Regions
• Search any Service or Region in seconds vs minutes
• Sort results by Date, Name, Region or Service
• Find what Services are recently released in your Region or vice-versa
